the hotel is only like 100m from the haram, super easy to walk there! the family suite was realy nice and clean. also, the staff were helpfull and friendly during our stay. had a few nice local shops nearby, which was a plus. parking was available but limited in space.
the elevators were too small and crowded, and we had to wait long times for them at peak hours. the family suite felt a bit cramped for a family of 6, not much space

easy access to cultural landmarks and serene parks for strolls
My stay was enjoyable as i loved walking to nearby attractions like the beautiful names of allah gallery and the mosque of al-ghamama, both just a short walk away, allowing me to soak in the city's rich culture and atmosphere during my weekend. it was also a great spot for finding some local dining options nearby, making my stay even more convenient.

Check-in process could definitely be improved!!! Communication barriers with staff are frustrating!!! Key cards constantly malfunctioning made experiences even more cumbersome!!!

Accessibility to key locations was a major plus, along with excellent room service that was always prompt. The housekeeping staff were particularly commendable, ensuring the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the reception staff were not very helpful, and rooms felt quite narrow, making it a bit cramped for a family stay. Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable during our stay, causing some frustration when trying to access online resources.

The Family Suite was spacious and comfortable, featuring a relaxing seating area that made it enjoyable to unwind after a long day. Daily housekeeping ensured everything remained clean, and room service was prompt, making our stay very convenient. Had a fantastic time with friends! We visited the historic sites and enjoyed shopping nearby. The location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk to the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi was great for sharing our adventures online. I'd definitely recommend it for a group trip!
We faced some delays checking in, which was frustrating after a long journey. We had to wait a bit longer than expected due to room readiness, so plan your arrival accordingly.

Being just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions offers a fantastic convenience. The air conditioning functions well, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day out exploring.
Had some notable frustrations with the check-in process, with a delay of over two hours due to room readiness. not ideal after a long trip. Wi-Fi connection was subpar, making it difficult to stay connected when you really want to share your experiences online. There were several instances of minor inconveniences, like the shower's lukewarm water—definitely not what you're hoping for in a hot climate. Not much in the way of nearby shops, so you may have to trek a bit to grab a quick bite or supplies.

Ideal spot for families
The location is thoughtless it’s only 2 minutes to Masjid Nabawi! The housekeeping was excellent, Mr Shakil and Mr Mamun really went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, I appreciated that the rooms were clean and tidy at check-in.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess you pay for convenience.
